Well, I had such a good response from that article, that I thought it would be a good idea to break down the mortgage process step by step. So here we are with step one!

As qualifying for a mortgage has never been more difficult, it has never been more important to work with a mortgage professional who knows what they are doing. Buying a home is most likely the biggest financial decision you will make in your life, a decision that requires the proper advice.
